Earlier this year, Ron Hoenig, Member for Heffron, sent a letter to residents arguing that by voting for Labor, they had the “opportunity to stop the sell-off of the Waterloo Public Housing Estate and protect [their] home.”
Ten years after the demolition of its public housing, plans for revival have finally been announced.
The public finally had their chance to speak about the redevelopment of Waterloo South, much of which has fallen on deaf ears.
